Accessing or utilizing our ecosystem constitutes absolute consent to the protocols outlined herein. If our standards for data telemetry do not align with yours, you must disconnect from the Platform immediately.

To engineer an exclusive and highly personalized experience, we collect information you actively provide upon entering the ecosystem:
- Identity & Access Data: Name, email, demographic markers, examination or skill preferences, and secure credentials required to validate your elite status within the Platform.
- AI Media Processing (Video & Audio): Ocurn's core engine utilizes advanced AI to provide accelerated feedback. When you use features requiring live or uploaded video input—whether for reviewing business sheets, perfecting a guitar technique, analyzing pottery forms, or other developmental pursuits— we process this visual and audio telemetry exclusively to generate your tailored insights.
- Financial Telemetry: Details required to process your premium subscription, managed securely through our verified payment gateways.
03. Automated Telemetry
Our architecture automatically monitors system health and user interaction to ensure peak performance:
- System Logs & Device IDs: We capture IP addresses, OS versions, browser types, and mobile device identifiers to optimize the UI/UX for your specific hardware.
- Interaction Metrics: We track how you navigate the Platform, frequency of app usage, and feature preferences. This anonymized data allows us to continuously refine our engine and eliminate friction.

04. Ecosystem Integration & Disclosure

06. Erasure Protocol
You reserve the right to vanish from the Ocurn ecosystem. To initiate full account and data deletion:
- Submit a formal erasure request to support@Ocurn.com.
- Upon receiving our automated security reply, you must respond within 7 days providing valid identity verification to confirm the deletion command.
- Failure to verify within the 7-day window will result in the abandonment of the request, maintaining your active status.
